e-Learning in Business … case studies of good practice collection

Margaret Simmonds (former Council member) is currently working on a contract with the European Commission to collect, collate and publish examples of good practice regarding e-learning in companies as part of the Commission’s PROMETEUS initiative (www.prometeus.org)

There are opportunities to contribute towards an expert discussion session in Lisbon in May, as well as to showcase your expertise in a large Paris conference in September. At the latter, European awards will be presented in a variety of categories.

If any members would like to contribute, please contact Margaret on:
info@mrsconsultancy.com for more information and the appropriate proforma and criteria on which contributions will be selected.

Performance Related Pay

Do any members have experience of Performance Related Pay at their college? We’re hoping to build a picture of how such systems operate in practice. For example, who is covered? How is performance measured? Is it based on individual or a team performance? Is it in addition to the annual pay rise?

If you can help, please send information to our Employment Officer David Green at our Leicester office, or e-mail to davidgreen@acm.uk.com
