Sara Shaw is responsible for the day-to-day management of AMiE.  She manages the operation at the  Market Harborough office, finances, recruitment of new members, member services, production of the newsletter, maintenance of the website and organisation of events.

David Green

David Green manages the national helpline and the Association’s team of regional officers. He provides legal advice and updates on employment legislation, undertakes research on trade union and employment issues; supports national pay and conditions negotiations; and provides resources and support to branches.

Yvonne Fleming is responsible for developing strategy, advising, and providing support on school leadership issues, including policy, professional development, casework and recruitment activities. She also provides operational support for the AMiE helpline.

Cheryl Cumbley

Cheryl Cumbley is one of two officers providing a proactive service to members and branches in the Central Region. Sukhi Chana is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the administrative team and for ensuring the smooth running of the office.  She also deals with the finances for the Association and liaises with members, external contacts and suppliers to ensure efficient and well monitored financial operations.

Julia Pearson provides administrative support to management team members and the regional officers. She also organises all of the Association’s events and meetings and can provide information, answer queries and take bookings for any AMiE event or meeting.
